Their old website was developed with Joomla, earlier version which was verion 1.5, and the design was dark and directly pasted on a template. When they approached us to re-design the website, we made it known to them that Joomla has no longer provide support for version 1.5 hence the site was in risk of being tampered by externatl parties.
Solutions
Since they are already familiar with Joomla, we built the site using the latest Joomla version 3. We changed the way the old website was presented which was dark and not attractive. The website layout is painted with minimal color, and only dominant color of the logo that stands out on the site's frontpage. The new site is also mobile ready so it will rank better with search engine, since Google has officially included mobile ready website into their search engine algorithms.
